If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help and you can contact us via our website or via email at info@arulabeauty.com.  We aim to answer all emails within 48 hours.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use.  If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. We strive to provide great customer service and your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.  Before you decide to return the item, it is important to contact us to receive a returns identification number which will help us process your return more quickly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It should be in the original packaging with the receipt / proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment (Paypal). You should receive the refund within 7 calendar days.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
